Any team that can put a guy like Stras as their #3 definitely has a playoff-caliber rotation. There are more than a handful of teams that he would be a #1 on, and quite a few contenders that he would be a #2.

I get what you are saying (that he is not a SUPER elite pitcher), but I also think you are being unfair to how good he actually is.
