I disagree on Bogaerts. I'm a fan. I think this season is an anomaly. I don't think he is a guy who will put up perennial 20-homer seasons like he did last year, but I think he can be a .300 hitter for a few years. The guy I never believed in is JBJ. I think he is about one season away from becoming a platoon player/late inning defensive replacement.

I know you like Xander a lot, i do believe he will need much more protection in the lineup than, say a Betts.......When pitchers seem to focus on him more than the guy behind him, he has some ugly looking at bats.....The Yankees walked Mitch Moreland to load the bases on Saturday, to face Boegarts, thats says a lot about where he is this season

Gallman is the reason they didnt sign Blount (granted Blount looks awful and I heard could be released), but they are counting on him being a change of pace power back, so I hope he doesnt completely suck
