And now we have to watch these losers next year as there sure as hell aint no one coming up from the farms as it is dry as a desert thanks to poor drafting and trading away players for a few months rent. Time to rebuild.

I wonder if it takes a lot out of players to do the ASG. The travel. The interviews. The attention. Seems like the Giants' whole season has been with the players' focus elsewhere than on what they are doing. No questioning Posey and his work, just wondering about the results.

I understand his frustration. I, too, am sick of wasted 17th round draft picks on guys like Romo. Do you have any idea who we could have gotten in the 24th if we did not crumple up that pick and throw it at Brian Wilson? Why even show up in the 5th round if all we get out of it is Brandon Belt? Spending a 4th on Brandon Crawford? He would have been available in the 10th.

Since the 10-20 game, the Giants have eased back into their normal crappy hitting, 4-25 (.160) with RISP.

Since the ASB, they have been outscored by an average of 1.1 runs per game.

If you think Fenway is dinky, the stadium where the Red Sox AAA team plays it's home games is even smaller.

I've been there, and if the fences there weren't 20 feet high all around every line drive would be a homer.

It's been years since I was there but will never remember much of anything else about Pawtucket,Rhode Island. Other than that the Boston Bruins' top farm team also plays in that city.
