Gotta give props to FZ. He has transformed this team incrementally (see above), without jettisoning any of the "old guard", and we are much better for it, and back in the hunt.

Let's hope he can work the same magic with the minor leagues as well.

2 plus pitches, fastball and curveball, with a solid changeup that could be another plus pitch. Command, as expected, is somewhat of an issue.

Given the expectations going into this year, this has be to considered a pretty highly successful season, right? Even if they finish with a record right around .500, I did not expect this much excitement this year.
