I know. First day of spring training our coaches would try to rip our helmets off, if it even budged u got a tighter one.

I don't know if I could've played without a chin strap without losing my helmet, but it sure felt like I could.

I know I debated this rule last year, but seriously, how hard is it to get a helmet that fits and strap it on properly. It's ridiculous to see it keep happening. A terrible penalty to hurt your team with.

No it didn't. You must be thinking about the rule that you have to sit out the next play, not a penalty during the play for putting the helmet back on and trying to continue during the middle of the play.
