Why the rush to get Cainer back? He got lit up in San Jose in his last start. You'd think maybe a decent start before he comes back to the MLB level would be more appropriate.

Watching both Cain and Lincecum struggle as badly as they have the past few years sure is sad. I had hoped for a longer run for both of them.

We all assumed a little run like the Braves with Smoltz etc., didn't we?

Yeah right now it seems we have 2 aces, a 4, a 5, and a 6. We need one more legit reliable #3 type. And a lefty reliever. Get ready to trade some guys that are gonna sting.

Or just get Sammy to raise his 4 seamer as that appears to be the problem with him lately according to a couple of graphs on mcc. They make a compelling argument that he's putting it in people's wheelhouse, hence all the dingers.
