Did the Dodgers cheat in 2018?

That seems to be what former Brewers' catcher, Erik Kratz, has recently implied. I don't know if anything will come of this but if his insinuations are based in reality, it would seem that the Dodgers aren't as clean from 2018 and maybe the Astros really were the better team in that World...
