I dont like that. Why not just go assuming starters play starter minutes?

So basically the 4 HOF plus 1 non will only be judged

Because it supremely diminishes the bench's role. If you're able to play MJ 40 minutes, then it really doesn't even matter who you get to fill out the back up role for him.

If it was the case of being starters play starter minutes, I guarantee everyone here would have changed their drafting philosophy to just get the best starting 5, instead of best players available.

That’s why I brought it up. Wish it said in OP. I’m fine with either or all the suggestions. Just want a unified answer though.

How we doing games? Each player plays 2QTRs?

I was just thinking two lineups. No starters. Just two lineups, look at matchups and how the players fit. So everyone gets same amount of minutes....

I didn’t put anything in OP about lineups bc I think it should be equal for all players. Meaning...two lineups, everyone plays the same amount. You judge on fit and matchups. If you have starters and bench there is no point bc the bench won’t matter

I’m good either way however, I purposely drafted Mitch over McHale because McHale didn’t fit well with Dr J and Moses... however, I drafted both teams so that they could fit with the starters and match what they brought so I can still run 2 teams...

@Shanemansj13

Can you swap Hardaway and Nixon. Otherwise my lineups are good to go.

Clearly the best way to go with voting is each player gets 10 fouled shots :dhd: :bolt:

But isn't that more realistic? Your starters SHOULD matter a lot more than your bench.

That doesn't seem like a bad thing

Not bad @Shanemansj13 but Moses and Lucas wouldn’t give me as much spacing imo... posting my lineups...

Basketball has the least amount of variance drafting because there's only 5 starters. MLB has 9 position players, plus 5 starters and 5 for a pen. NFL you have basically 22-24 starters.

There would be no reason for any NBA drafts if you base it off of starters only.
