Iowa State's got some talent. Top 30-40 class the last couple years. Nothing like the blue-bloods but pair it with a good coach and there's something to build on.

Track meets are great, but there's a fine line between fast paced and sloppy (turnovers, guys throwing up junk 5 seconds into the shot clock, etc).

Yeah, if you ever hear Roy from the sidelines, you're probably hearing him yell "Faster"! Not to necessarily take the fastest shot possible, but get up the floor in a flash before the defense can set up and see if they can't get an easy one.
