Ahmed being out down not hurt the lineup lolAnd Ahmed. Also Estrada is out of the lineup tonight.
No he is doing ok, they have 1 hit. That's what has to change. If Webb settles down, they got a shot
Defensively, he is way better than any other SSthey haveAhmed being out down not hurt the lineup lol
It is what it is, pitching focused team which is how they won titles.
Conforto yes, Lee no. His numbers weren't better than Yaz.Oh right, Wade. Yeah they would look better with him in there. Lee or Conforto would be better than Yaz too.
Even full strength they ain't the Yankees
The quality of the hitters is a factorThe only competition tonight was between Webb and Walker to see who could shit the mound more fully.
The pitching in this series has been a straight up phuking embarrassment. No excuse for how poorly Webb or Hicks pitched.
All we need is Snell to complete the trifecta.
A few years ago they had Coleman in ST as a base running coach. I never heard when he was let go (unless it was only a short term thing for ST), and I never heard about him doing any coaching anywhere else.Who the heck is teaching baserunning for these guys?!?
This is atrocious!
Ramos on 2nd, fly ball to medium deep CF, and he tries for 3rd?!? What possible advantage is that? Even IF a Giant batter could get a hit with RISP, Ramos would score easily from 2nd.
edit: so it was challenged and overturned, and Wisely drives him in.
The point still stands. Too many pickoffs at 1st, too many baserunning blunders, too many chances NOT taken, and too many stoopid chances taken (usually unsuccessfully). So who is coaching these boys?
Agreed. The giants have to play fundamentally sound ball to beat teams like the YankeesWho the heck is teaching baserunning for these guys?!?

I think I’d take Lee over YastrzemskiConforto yes, Lee no. His numbers weren't better than Yaz.
Change that diaper. We all would have said before this six game stretch started that we’d be happy with a split of these games and the Giants have a shot at that today; especially the Yankees throw out a Getaway Day lineupThe only competition tonight was between Webb and Walker to see who could shit the mound more fully.

Sure, but not the main factor. The quality of the hitters is a factor
Of course it is. Webb did much better against lesser lineups.Sure, but not the main factor.
He pitched much better vs a very similar team earlier in the week. It's Webb more than the batters.Of course it is. Webb did much better against lesser lineups.
It’s not but of course you will never see itHe pitched much better vs a very similar team earlier in the week. It's Webb more than the batters.
It is but of course you will deny it.It’s not but of course you will never see it
