some of his reasoning stinks but it isnt a bad stab at a 53 man roster

well you arent wrong . you would keep the potential guy over the known guy and i cant argue against it at all

it could come down to preference

i think thompson would make it to the PS based on injuries if needs be

No way on Keiland Williams over Royster. Wouldn't Skye Dawson be the extra WR b/c of his return duties. Gomes is on the hot seat. Pugh is the backup FS? Yikes. Let's hope we sign a vet.

royster and williams could go either way with williams playing ST while royster doesnt

the FA 's safeties out there are too high priced . i mean yeah maybe they will try to sign one but i think they are waiting on jackson to be honest

Torain is on the giants roster and has been for a minute. Both rookies might go to the practice squad. Or one might go to IR, either way I dont think Williams makes roster./

ON quality teams 5th -7th round guys are generally practice squad players. You keep the best 53, if the rookies cant beat out Royster and Williams, they deserve to not make roster. And if some one else signs them so be it.

uh , no why bash him for a 5th round and a 7th rounder? what did you expect ? i mean we are getting a 6th rounder to start and another 5th who will play quite a bit

it isnt a waste with those picks

you dont expect late round pick in the 5-7 to set the world on fire . you take some gambles with them and hope you hit a la morris

We carried three. grossman was the #3, he was only active for the game against the Browns, but he made roster and he and Doughty are like death and taxes... at the end of the day, they will both be on roster.
