Why would they talk to Stoll, when they made a decision to suspend before even talking to Raffi? He was suspended before he ever got there, "pending" outcome.

They had a suspension in mind when the Sharks made the playoffs, and the first thing he did that was remotely questionable, they pounced.

Raffi is a douche, but he is being unfairly targeted here.
