Giants have gotten hits with RISP, but Reyes has kept those balls in the infield. That's the differences on the Giants side. On the Marlins side, they've gotten players to third with less than 2 outs, so have been able to score on outs. There's really no other away to look at it.

RISP.....SSS. You can just say the Giants hitting has been poor in these games. I won't disagree with that. But given that state, it's the Marlins D that has saved runs, the Marlins speed that has generated runs, and the Giants D that has allowed unearned runs (and driven up pitch counts). But sure, hitting well masks a lot of the nuance.
