Soler had three RBIs today. That should quiet the critics here for at least a day
Some of this stuff evens out over 162, you give one away, you steal one, etcGot revenge for yesterday.
Posey never made a single error at 3rd base so yeah, he was pretty goodGreatest defensive Giants 3B since Posey?
Wouldn’t you like to know…I hope this unnamed lefthander does well in this start. Will he wear a mask to hide his identity?
This is the concerning issue…Jax looks good til he doesn’t. Jelly looks awesome til he doesn’t. Hope this shit ends soon.Hjelle showing his true colors.
Reynolds giving a nice Italian salute to the team that traded him away.
Giants bully has now inherited 58 runners, 28 have scored.
On pace for 20?Chapman warming up. Now has 7 homers.
You’d have to think Soler will snap out of this and regress to the mean.Bases loaded, no outs.
Bailey whiffs
Soler hits a ball about 10 feet, but got a run home.
And Ramos sees five pitches, none even close to the strike zone, swings at three of them, misses badly, end of an inning.
Hard to see him get an all star nod but he's that important to usLWJ is the first NL player this year to get on base six times in the same game. Dude is tragically underappreciated. OBP now .484
We are only getting the pity rep this year. I don’t see anyone else worthy. And he might actually be legit worthy.Hard to see him get an all star nod but he's that important to us
By the way great thread title use of 'ganifs'
Webb?We are only getting the pity rep this year. I don’t see anyone else worthy. And he might actually be legit worthy.
Is he all star worthy this year? I haven’t compared numbers, but he isn’t passing my eye test this year.Webb?
Webb?
He is good but he will need a couple dominant starts to get into the conversation. His WHIP is a bit high (1.320) and his K rate is a bit low (7.3 K/9) and his traditional stats (3.03 ERA, 4 wins in 11 starts) don't quite make up enough for serious consideration, in my opinion. Is he all star worthy this year? I haven’t compared numbers, but he isn’t passing my eye test this year.
The problem is that people still expect 1st basemen to be hulking power hitters with ridiculous home run numbers. He'll be overlooked, unless someone realizes he needs to be the Giants' pity pick for the All-Star game.LWJ is the first NL player this year to get on base six times in the same game. Dude is tragically underappreciated. OBP now .484
Not everyone will get it but ya know ::Hard to see him get an all star nod but he's that important to us

I still remember ST like 10 years ago when I saw him live for the first time…the pop of the catchers mitt…never heard anything like it.Man remember when Aroldis Chapman was the nastiest reliever in the game? Now look at 'im
A true thread King suffers in silence.By the way, I posted those bouncing Katy Perry funbags in the other thread when the Giants were getting their asses kicked, and then look what happens
You're welcome
