I saw it yesterday as well but didn't bother to research if they'd done that switch before then or if there were any announcements at press conferences about swapping the two.

It has been discussed. The given reason was to keep DigDug fresh in center and that is not a permanent thing. The real answer is likely that it is permanent since DigDug has long term value and Pillar does not

I think that Duggar is in CF b/c that’s where the FO sees him fitting long term. My Hebrew homie is not the defensive whiz he used to be.

He begins the 7th with about 85 pitches. Immediately walks two, and gives up a run scoring double. Now the tying runs are on 2nd and 3rd with one out.

Why does Noggin continue to do this? Almost every other manager in the game today would say, "nice job, kid" and bring in the bullpen to start a clean inning.

Dude, there are some interesting things brewing in this rough year. Is Panda, like, a good hitter again? Posey probably hits .300 again with no power (that's who he is, so what?), Duggar showing he belongs (a homegrown Giants OF!), return of the Mac?, heard Cueto on track to pitch this year, the bullpen in the year of the bullpen...
