The 49ers have yet to give up a rushing TD before halftime this season.

Rush Yards allowed - 1001 (1st) *2nd place - Baltimore - 1260
Rush Yards/Carry allowed - 3.3 (1st) *2nd place - Baltimore - 3.4
Rush TDs allowed - 0 (1st) *2nd place - Miami - 6
Rush Yards/Game allowed - 70.5 (1st) *2nd place - Baltimore - 90.0
Rush 1st Downs allowed - 43 (1st) *2nd place - Chicago - 65

That is incredible after 14 games, especially the rushing TDs allowed

The good news about the 49ers rush defense is that it really doesn't effect the Packers, since we can't run the football anyway.

The good knows about the Packers is that Aaron Rodgers was a 49ers fan growing up. He might take it easy on us. ;)

I would say rush the QB smarter. Saints do a lot of screen passes, so I wouldn't say rush the QB on those plays. I think the 49ers defense will do just fine against Saints.

I don't think they can stop the Saints offense, but I do think they will give the offense many opportunities to win. I just think 49ers offense isn't strong enough to take advantage of those opportunities.

Yeah, that was hard to watch - but still, like you said - pretty legit!
