A series of baffling coaching decisions sink Washington against the Giants
The buck stops at the topwww.hogshaven.com
our coaching choices have to be better
Not just this season. This staff has made horrible decisions all season on BOTH sides of the ball
They have Kyle Shanahan.you guys do it better though
Aside from riding Del Rio's jock claiming he made some great adjustments, he didn't, that was a pretty good breakdown. This staff has made horrible decisions all season on BOTH sides of the ball
Amen, brother. They should've been punishing those pass catchers catching that short bullshit. Instead Del Rio kept every one 7+ yards back allowing them to make moves after catching the rock.I know one thing Del Rio needs to stop running that soft zone bullshit
You described exactly what SF runs on defense. Hope we are ready. They will try to smother our WR's. Those two LB's are physical. They were very physical with Seattle.Amen, brother. Do you understand he ran the zone on purpose? He wanted the defenders to have eyes on Jones so they could rally up if he took off. They D gave up 13 points. Where is the problem?I know one thing Del Rio needs to stop running that soft zone bullshit
Sometimes we look for problems where there are none to only find out the real problem was staring you right in the face. C'mon country, you do realize we cannot score points right? Unless you think this defense who have done a very solid job the past 7 games, can play much better than they are, the objective is to score more points than the other team. The defense has more than done its part during these games. One glaring problem country? We need more points from the offense! TD's not FG's.Do you understand he ran the zone on purpose? From what I've seen SF's defense is smart and aggressive. They will challenge our WRs. And if they read something they will attack it. That jet sweep, 4 yard check downs and Taylor's passsing is gonna lead to Skins players getting blasted and turnovers. You described exactly what SF runs on defense. Hope we are ready. You’re right, defense is not the problem. Besides a weaker LB corps, the defense is strong.Do you understand he ran the zone on purpose? He wanted the defenders to have eyes on Jones so they could rally up if he took off. They D gave up 13 points. Where is the problem?
This offense cannot overcome 3rd and longs consistently. During our winning streak, we always found ourselves in 3rd and short situations. The playbook is wide open. But between sacks, and stupid penalties (and a few bad calls) this game, we were constantly in situations where it was obvious what we had to do. The giants were doubling Terry almost every play. So someone else had to step up (Logan???).Sometimes we look for problems where there are none to only find out the real problem was staring you right in the face. It produced no pressure on Jones at all. Which allowed Jones to complete 10 of 12 passes for 91 yards and 6 first downs including an 11 yard pass on 4th n 9 during their 18 play 97 yard drive that took up 8 minutes n 35 seconds on the clock.Do you understand he ran the zone on purpose?
