My money is on B.J. being the back-up , Tolzien as third and McCoy cut. Wallace might make the PS but I don't see him on the 53 man roster. Still two more preseason games to go so maybe that might change for me but I doubt it.
Well he is 33, 60 in NFL years, but I'm not seeing much beyond him to hold on to if he performs well. I've never been sold on McCoy....didn't like that pick-up.Pretty sure Wallace is like 57 years old. His PS eligibility is long gone.
That depends on who the 9ers keep for WRs. I'm thinking five ,not including Crabs and Manningham. If he can't beat out McCoy, then maybe he beats out Chad Hall to make the 53 man roster
I'm not sure where you got that info that he would be a WR or anything other than a QB.Guys, calm down. They're signing him as a receiver. He'll be our #3 pretty easily at this point....
Well we signed him. that means one of the other 2 QBs are gone.
The info I have seen is about him being signed as a QB. Maybe they will try him as a WR ...just no info on that. As far as BJ goes....he stays as a back-up QB.Too good at the postion to risk otherwise. He needs time to develope. Is everyone sure he's not being brought in as a QB? BJ Daniels probably won't make the team as a WR, and it's not like he's a lock to make it as a QB.
And Wallace used to play for Seattle, so he could give the team insight the way Robinson did for them.
