Kaepernick can throw a very fast ball and he can run very fast his legs are deceiving,he just lacks that touch you see many top QB's have and he misjudges lines sometimes.

Plus he like's to throw to the right if he throws to the left his throws tend to be very ill timed,,that all said can he improve? maybe but not much imo but he is still a good QB imo.
