KC- st. louis blues??

That reminds me...are the St. Louis Blues another team with multiple championship appearances but no championship?

Also another team with multiple championships without losing: Colorado Avalanche?

Scratch that last guess of the Miami Heat. I think I have the 5th team: Toronto Blue Jays.

So that would make the 5 teams (assuming the Colorado Avalanche is correct too):
Florida Marlins (MLB)
Toronto Blue Jays (MLB)
Colorado Avalanche (NHL)
Baltimore Ravens (NFL)
Chicago Bulls (NBA)

I'm pretty sure Blue Jays is correct...but I also thought Miami Heat won 3 and didn't lose any...or am I forgetting one?

Another team with multiple championship appearances and no wins: Texas Rangers.

I thought of another team with multiple championship appearances but no trophy: San Diego Padres?

Awesome trivia questions.

...and how could I forget the Buffalo Bills?
Correct. Padres went in 1984 and 1998, lost both

And everyone knows about the Bills 4 straight losses

You got the 5 teams, the Heat lost to the Mavericks in Lebron's first season in Miami. And yes the Rangers are another team that has lost every championship appearance they have been to (2010 and 2011)

Forgot about that one against Dallas. So to recap...

Multiple championships no loss (5/5):
1. Florida Marlins (MLB)
2. Toronto Blue Jays (MLB)
3. Colorado Avalanche (NHL)
4. Baltimore Ravens (NFL)
5. Chicago Bulls (NBA)

Multiple championship appearances no win (6/12) assuming St. Louis is correct:
1. San Diego Padres (MLB)
2. Texas Rangers (MLB)
3. St. Louis Blues (NHL)?
4. Buffalo Bills (NFL)
5. Minnesota Vikings (NFL)
6. Cincinnati Bengals (NFL)

I got another one: Philadelphia Eagles (NFL).

I think they are counting only superbowls, and not old NFL championships.

No, he was right. The original question says "All questions include NFL championships prior to the Super Bowl".

I know all the Super Bowls, but am not familiar with the NFL Championships before.

But I think I got another one: Orlando Magic. I remember they made it once in the 90s with Shaq and then again within the past 10 years.

I stand corrected then. And, am now ready for a new question. Maybe one with just 1 or 2 parts.....

I thought he was looking for multiple wins with no losses in the big one. The Eagles have lost a couple SBs.
It's a two part question. 5 teams with multiple championships and no losses (all 5 have been guessed) and 12 teams with multiple championship appearances and no wins.

Correct on the Blues. They went to three straight Stanley Cups from 1968-1970 losing to the Canadiens twice and the Bruins (Bobby Orr's famous flying goal play). They were swept in all 3.

Correct they lost in '95 to the Rockets and '09 to the Lakers.

I know. So the Eagles don't fit either category because they've won 3 and lost 2. Maybe I missed something. I though the point made was that the Eagles belonged in one of the categories....and I guess the pre-SB AFC Championship the Bills won doesn't count ?

Yeah that's why the Eagles are not a correct answer. That's why I didn't say they were. And no I don't count the AFL
