I believe Timmy won't be in the majors in two or three years. He will get a chance with somebody based on him having short runs of pitching well but it will not last and whoever picks him up won't give him as much rope as the Giants will. If he was consistently good early in his starts then he could go to the bullpen but he is as likely to be bad in the first or second inning pitched as the third or fourth inning pitched so you can never have a slot to pitch him in the bullpen. I don't even think he will be reliable enough for the last spot in a pitching rotation.

If the batter does not go up there looking for a change or curve, he should be sent to the minors, if not outright released.
