You know, I honestly give Harper some credit for the fact that Papelshat is still on that team. I'm sure if Harper wanted him gone, he'd have been. To me, that shows that maybe his reputation for being a petulant, immature fuck could be unfounded.

That said, I think the front office should have gotten rid of him.

I agree, but I think they insisted on trying to get value back for him, which was nearly impossible after the dugout attack.
Paps probably has to bring Bryce cool drinks in the dugout and shine his cleats, or Harper will grab his throat in distress and gasp, "He choked me AGAIN!!", and Paps will be suspended.

Yep. I'd also like to see the return of scheduled double headers. Try to knock down some calendar space off the schedule without shortening it.

Yeah call me crazy but I actually like to be home when baseball games are on. I'm fine with day games on the weekends but in the week when I'm at work, I'm all for 705 PM start times

Adding a few more day games to each team's schedule, sprinkled throughout the season won't kill you, bro...you're gonna be okay.
