Cubs 5-3 prior to Bryant's debut. Clearly that's why they'll miss the playoffs!
I'm poking fun at the notion that Bryant missing the first ~8 games of the season is what will result in the Cubs missing out on a playoff birth. Not sure I get that ^, but I'm looking forward to seeing Bryant play.
I never bought into the Cubs making the playoffs, since they are in a very competitive division, but stranger things have happened, right?
what about lane bryant??Arthur Bryant > Kris Bryant

On February 5, 2014, Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company bought the naming rights to it. Globe Life is owned by Torchmark Corporation, which is based in McKinney, Texas, a northern suburb of Dallas
and they can afford it The Company has more than $66 billion of insurance in force (as of August 2013
In eight ABs Lucas Duda has posted a 500/556/500 slash against LHP to begin this season. Over the previous three seasons it was 204/292/308 in 338 ABs. He obviously won't continue to hit lefties at his current pace this season, but I think he just might be developing into a very good hitter.
his prowess against leftys has been no secret in ny for some time now.....In eight ABs Lucas Duda has posted a 500/556/500 slash against LHP to begin this season.
