You guys have a really interesting outfield. Austin Jackson used to be an incredible CF, but has graded poorly defensively since then. He had a great run at the plate with Cleveland in limited ABs. Not sure he's optimal defensively at this point, but who knows. You guys paid pennies for him, so even if he plays poorly, you guys didn't invest much in him. Andrew McCutchen is an MVP caliber player when he's on his game. He's only 31 and probably has a chip on his shoulder. I've always loved Hunter Pence, but he seems to be on the downswing of his career. Rooting for him to tear it up though.

Really looking forward to this matchup. Happy that baseball is back.
And we have 3 MLB-ready OFers sitting in the wings, each who play a different OF position (Duggar in CF, Shaw in left and Williamson in right with Slater as a decent prospect in his own right who plays the wings and can play center in a pinch). Pence and Jackson will both most likely be replaced before the end of the year. If the Giants tank, McCutchen could be traded (hopefully) to open the last spot.

This air of optimism is refreshing.

It's been less than a week and (very) few are ready to jump ship.

The outfield is interesting, though it's still bottom 20 IMO. But that's a huge upgrade over last year which was probably the saddest outfield I can ever recall.

Wait, are you saying that Chris Marrero wasn't high on your list of greatest all time left fielders in Giant history?
