I usually start crying about the time his dad kills himself and it's hard to stop until the credits roll. First out of sadness and then out of joy.
The movie cost a handful of millions to make and grossed about 68M.
All you need to know about the album is that it's sold 20 million copies.

It was a better movie than it got credit for being. Most men wanted to see it just to see Apollonia topless. It's become a cult hit since leaving the box office in the 80's.
Wendy and Lisa are still together, both as a couple and as musicians, BTW.
