I liked Elway's comment about Bradshaw. Something along the lines of, "He didn't like the way I was going about handling MY career and the choices I made involving MY career."

Watching the special it looked like Baltimore's coach didn't want Elway and Elway didn't want to play for him. So is that really a bad move in wanting to play for an organization that wants you? The Yankees wanted him, everyone else in the NFL wanted him except the team that drafted him.

I have to agree that was one of the best 30/30s. Glad I caught the rerun. I liked the sub plot of Al Davis and the NFL. Apparently people think the NFL but the brakes on that Chi/Oak trade.

Very interesting side story. Being a Raider fan I used to notice things that seemed fishy in how the NFL made them outcasts. But in a way, thats just how Al liked it...
