The Clippers, Suns and Bucks have put together a three-team trade that will send J.J. Redick and Jared Dudley to the Clippers, Eric Bledsoe and Caron Butler to the Suns, and the Bucks get two second round picks, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.

The deal breaks down that the Clippers send Bledsoe and Butler to Phoenix for Dudley (an underrated jack-of-all-trades swingman with a better career three point percentage than Redick). Then the Clippers do a sign-and-trade with the Bucks for Redick and send the Bucks picks.

This is a great deal for the Clippers — Redick is a great fit for them, one of the best sharpshooters in the game. Chris Paul picks apart defenses and finds open guys, Blake Griffin attacks the rim and creates space, Redick is going to get a lot of good looks. Plus, he’s developed a solid all around game. Dudley is an upgrade over Caron Butler — Dudley is a career 40 percent shooter from three, is a good solid role player, is six years younger and had a better PER last season. They should go looking for a defensive wing stopper to add to this roster, that is their one hole and Rivers can only fix so much.

This is a nice get for a rebuilding Suns team — Bledsoe can be the point guard of the future, one of the keys of a rebuilding process. Butler can play a role for a year, but Bledsoe is a smart get for them.

The Bucks had no leverage in this, they could have lost Redick for nothing, so a couple second round picks is better than that.

However, the Clippers are the big winners here.

While in theory the Clippers should have gotten more for Bledsoe, the reality is that Reddick and Dudley are the type of role players you need to hit timely 3pt shots.

Definitely could have gotten more for Bledsoe. It seems like ever team in the league wants him.

Question is, will he supplant Dragic, or can they play at the same time for stretches. I can't imagine Bledsoe getting less than 25-30 minutes in Phoenix.

I think they got a pretty good deal. In addition to their 3 pt shooting, they are both solid defenders, both smart basketball players, and both have reasonable contracts. Pretty good deal for Butler and Bledsoe, both players whom were not going to be on the team after '14

They will definitely play together at least for now because Phoenix has a really bad roster. This way they can see if one of these guys will be their PG of the future.

I like this deal all around, especially for the Clips. I've always been a big Redick fan (saw him in HS punking kids with shots from half court). After a bumpy first couple of years, he's developed into a quality 2 guard that's actually capable of running some point for short periods of time because he's a good passer. He should be their starting 2 guard but he'll fit in wherever. Same with Dudley. He exactly the type of role player you want on your team if you have championship aspirations. I've been surprised teams have let him waste away in PHX these last 2 years. Dudley and Redick now give LA some much needed spacing. Their halfcourt offense was pretty sparse last season, mostly consisting of Paul breaking his neck to create something. With quality shooters posted up on the wings, loads of space just opened up in the middle for CP3 to operate.

Are the Clips still looking to deal Crawford?

Seems to me that he would be a pretty poor fit with Reddick and Dudley. He does not exactly contribute to good ball movement.

Personally, I'd deal him for some interior help. I read rumors that they were interested in Carl Landry but I don't know if that's financially possible now.

That would make a lot of sense. Grab Landry and maybe sign a cheap, pass first back-up PG.
