I'm with you Dad. I heard Cooley's desperate plan yesterday, apparently 3 of the 4 in charge like the idea. It's pretty clear those 3 are Snyder, Allen and Grudog, the one who does not want him is SM.

The good news is the one who is saying no is the guy we wanted to have full control. He shouldn't listen to the owner, the GM, or the fans.

I certainly hope that this is 100% true since it would indicate that one person has true power in this area, and Snyder is willing to stay out of personnel matters at least for the time being. Love it. If Cooley were truly worthy of being on the field you would have to believe that some other team would give him a shot. I believe that the link posted by Skinsdad says it all.
