Funny thing about Al is that he never stayed at any team more than 3 years. This was his 3rd year in Charlotte

Depending on the player its very possible. For example, Marcus Smart you can make the call at first glance because he's so bad at flopping

I don't blame them at all. It's the only way to have refs officiate series differently. Lin was getting calls like he's Lebron James. Kemba is a flopper. He does not that stupid head snap back which the refs always falls for.
