(in reverse order of importance)

3. Tackle, tackle, tackle

2. Rex needs at least 25 carries. Would like to see at least 30 touches but at least 25 carries.

1. Has Tim Beck learned his lesson from the Wisconsin game? Will he panic and start chucking the ball around? If he can learn from that mistake, wish I think he has, I think we win this game.

Excellent call! Everything in our offense runs through Rex. Let's start capping him at 30 carries, which I still think is too many, so he won't be physically gassed by seasons end. I respect Tim Beck that he understands that without Rex we are mediocre on offense. So running him til he dies is the right thing to do.
First, best game by the defense all year. It helped alot that the Spartans continued to stay away from the run. Bo had the perfect defense for a pocket passer and a receiving corps that lacked depth. This game would have been alot different if the Spartans had 15-20 more carries, but if you snooze you lose. I wonder if Cousins has Bret Farve Syndrome. Did he really think that he would be successful continually passing into double and triple coverage. Again, Bo and Carl played the perfect defense for what the Spartans were going to try to do and the Spartans were too stupid to adjust. I thought Bill Callahan was calling the Spartans plays. LOL
