....wow ATL gets a HUGE pass. I think it would have been more entertaining to see WASH vs CHI/CLE anyway.

but respect to the year ATL had/ having.

It was a great year for Atlanta and I agree Wash would of been a better match up to watch against Chi/Clev. I think Wash is build for the playoffs but with out wall they have no shot. To be honest I think Chi/Clev beat Atlanta in 5 or 6 the most. no way they go 7 or win. I would be shocked if Atlanta won.

CALL ME CRAZY....

But, I am starting to think Washington might be the best team left (IF HEALTHY).

They completely underachieved based on expectations all season, but they are now resembling the contender we thought. Better late then never for the Wiz.

They pay ferocious perimeter and interior defense.
They got great guards in Wall, Beal, and Sessions.
They have a deep collection of versatile bigs in Nene, Gortat, Gooden, and Humphries.
Deep deep deep balanced roster of youth an vets.

What made them sort of suck all year was the lack of swingmen...
Enter Paul Pierce and Otto Porter suddenly playing elite basketball.

Of course, I just cursed them to lose every game from here on out.
