Player development is not an any coach sort of thing if you're vying for a title. He needs to play for a mediocre team that doesn't have this fucked up rotation offense and develop. Or the W's need to nerf this shit and get a coach to rebuild, which I'm also fine with. But continuing this is obviously going nowhere, and blaming Kerr for his lack of development is absurd.

How do you develop players when every year is a title run and you have an all time great that's the center of the offense? How in your mind does that happen? There's a reason basketball smart journeymen fare a lot better with the W's than young, raw athletes. That's because the job is to swing the ball unless you're wide open. Name a single dynasty that both developed young players and still contended. Maybe it's just not possible to do both things at the same time, especially in a conference where there was like a 2 game difference or whatever it was from the 3 seed and the play-in. You just don't like the guy for some reason.

Dynasty been over for a few seasons now. Unless you plan on trading for Giannis, he needs to improve at player development asap
