Cavs are just not that good.

They aren't that good on paper, don't play well as a team.

You can see the difference between them losing and the Celts losing.

It is pretty simple. They missed open 3’s they hit all year. Whether it was injuries, fatigue or just crumbling. They lost on a buzz beater with 3 of their top 4 guys out. If they win that this is probably going 7.
Indy played hard defense and hit their open shots. It’s that simple. Gotta give them all the credit regardless of the circumtances.

Not comparing them to Boston, but how many years in a row did Boston lose in the playoffs? Maybe they have it with this roster or maybe they are pretenders. They have only been true contenders for one year. Gotta wait and see bc the roster is what it is. Only subtraction, no addition.

I think this Cavs team just wasn't a 64 win team. So inflated expectations.

Maybe more like 53... they'll be in the picture to come...
