In other news Trent Brown signed with the Texans 1 year 3M.

Texans made a big mistake in my opinion. Laramy Tunsil was a three time All-Pro and they signed Cam Robinson and Trent brown as possible replacements. We know that Trent Brown had problems working out and working in practice and Robinson had similar issues in Minnesota. That coaching staff will have it's work cut out for them.

Could also be the team going in a new direction and him not fitting scheme or wanting new voices for leadership that can be long-term solutions for them.

Could also be contracts just get too expensive for an aging veteran and a team wants to get younger. There are lots of reasons for someone to get cut.

This decision wasn't made in a vacuum last night.

Also strange, that he was let go much earlier in free agency. Sometimes being let go late is pay back because the coach knows that the big money has already been spent.
