Raiders offer sheet New England Patriots linebacker who fits Mike Vrabel’s mold
If the New England Patriots want to retain a linebacker that fits Mike Vrabel’s mold, they’re going to have match an offer sheet.www.masslive.com
Texans made a big mistake in my opinion. Laramy Tunsil was a three time All-Pro and they signed Cam Robinson and Trent brown as possible replacements. We know that Trent Brown had problems working out and working in practice and Robinson had similar issues in Minnesota. That coaching staff will have it's work cut out for them.In other news Trent Brown signed with the Texans 1 year 3M.

Patriots Matching Two-Year, $13.5M Offer Sheet For LB Christian Elliss
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports the Patriots are matching the Raiders offer sheet for RFA LB Christian Elliss for two years, $13.5 million. Fowler adds Elliss was due $3.263 million on a right-of-first-refusal tender and will get a decent raise on this offer sheet with New England.www.yardbarker.com
Somone got something wrong. I believed that I read the same thing. Still, he's worth the money judging on the way he played last year.Wow! I thought it was 8M?
Was he bitchin' about the guys that have been signed?
He wasn't cut for no reason. Talented players who get let go by a team have usually had a serious injury, bad attitude or legal problem.
This decision wasn't made in a vacuum last night.Could also be the team going in a new direction and him not fitting scheme or wanting new voices for leadership that can be long-term solutions for them.
Could also be contracts just get too expensive for an aging veteran and a team wants to get younger. There are lots of reasons for someone to get cut.
