tigers line up full of actual athletes. We have pipsqueaks like bliss and Crawford and an obese guy at 6'4 with forearms and calves skinnier than my grandma's. But bliss and Crawford are the only decent infielders we have. That's called being nowhere.

Haven't watched or listened to a single inning so far this year. Already knew how it was going to go. Wake me up when we have new ownership.

Guardians game starts at the same time as the mariners tomorrow. I think I'll actually watch the mariners just to see how many times they'll strike out.

Leave it to these guys to end their season before it could even really get started.

This is what happens when owners don't care. So why the hell should we?

Yeah, this is the first time that I can remember even before the end of the Opening home series that I just 100% know that it’s gonna be a terrible season for the Seattle Mariners

They are a really shitty baseball team and it could get even worse than what we’ve seen in the past few days

Yep, this is the first time I’ve truly not bought into his BS. Last year I was on to him. This year 100% wasn’t buying it. I haven’t watched one inning either.

I’d rather play video games at this time and I don’t even play video games

You forgot at the deadline he’s going to trade Munoz/Taylor/Brash for a massive underwhelming packages of prospects. “We have felt great about insert name and have wanted him for a long time”

Good addition. Has he ever won a deadline trade? Ever? I guess the jury is still out on the Arozarena trade. I know some in here don't like him but has a respectable OBP even if his BA so far has sucked.

A new gm won't change a thing. It'll placate idiots for a couple years just like it has always done. It's been the main function of gm's under Nintendo and magnified with the Stanton group. Dipooto.has done a fantastic job for them given their goals, and winning has never been one of them. Theres a reason theyve kept him for a decade despite limited success competitively. Jerry's only remaining value to them is to be terminated in all it's pr glory. They'll ride thst as long as they can while they hire from within or replace him with another schmuck who''ll toe the company line. This isn't hard to figure out for non m's fans, but it's own fanbase remains largely cluelesa.
