This is why the rule is stupid. If the Pats want Vrable they are forced to interview a token minority. I wonder how the token minority interviewee feels about this

It's only a problem for the league and everyone else when the league decides to enforce it. How many other teams have hired a HC since the rule was put in place and conducted token interviews to finally get the guy they wanted??? Probably 100% of them. Billionaires don't become billionaires by following someone else's rules. This is why the rule is stupid. If the Pats want Vrable they are forced to interview a token minority. Patricia is probably like most other rocket scientists, smartest guys in the room but nobody can understand anything they say.Matt Patricia........yep. The Rocket Scientist. Vrabel said that he got screwed when BB made him the OC.
I hated that bend don't break BS.Rumor starting to get steam is that Vrabel has already talked to Skippy and he's ready to jump back into the OC seat.
There are several rumors about whofor the DC.
Names that have been rumored are:
Robert Saleh former HC of the Jets
Al Harris Def Asst in DAL. Has also been in MIA and KC
Aden Durde - Cowboys OL Coach
AND...........................Mr. Scary..................................
Matt Patricia........yep. The Rocket Scientist. Vrabel said that he got screwed when BB made him the OC.
I'm with you. They need a more aggressive DC assuming that he'll be calling the defensive schemes.I hated that bend don't break BS.
Well...if it's an away game for the Pats it could take away that Miami heat advantage the Phins have.I hope it's someone else. Knowing Goodell, it'll be the Patriots for three in a row.
Patriots 2025 opponent to host game in Spain. Who’s joining them?
The NFL just added a potential wrinkle to the Patriots' 2025 schedule.www.masslive.com
The stadium has a retractable roof. Roger should be able to keep it warm enough to keep the home team (Miami) happy?Well...if it's an away game for the Pats it could take away that Miami heat advantage the Phins have.
Exciting, yes. I am mostly ignoring rumors as we approach the reporters peak manufacturing portion of the year. Two weeks ago, a Philadelphia Eagle offensive lineman was on a podcast and said that AJ Brown and Hurts had always been friends. Until recently. When asked why, the OL couldn't give any reason. Last week, against the Packers, Brown was targeted once and caught it for 13 yards. Brown was seen sitting on the sidelines while the defense was on the field reading a book, "Internal Excellence." When asked, Brown said he was trying to be a better player and person.
Now there seems to be something else going on. Mike Vrabel the new HC of the NEP and AJ Brown are very good friends and the rumors are flying that Brown, who was a Patriot's fan through college would like to play for Vrabel in New England. Philadelphia fans and media have picked up the trowel and are demanding the #4 pick in the upcoming 2025 draft. The Eagles and Patriots haven't even begun to discuss anything.
ESPN picked up the conversation and their commentators believe that th best that the Eagles might do is one of the Patriots two third round picks.
There's no question that Brown would be a huge upgrade to the Patriots receiving corps and add a true #1 WR.
Thoughts?? Suggestions?? Complaints???
Definitely would like to see Maye with a true # 1 WR.Two weeks ago, a Philadelphia Eagle offensive lineman was on a podcast and said that AJ Brown and Hurts had always been friends. Until recently. I like the rumor but dismiss it with all other rumors until he's actually on the team. Two weeks ago, a Philadelphia Eagle offensive lineman was on a podcast and said that AJ Brown and Hurts had always been friends.
