Why is there only 1 day off between games 3 and 4 only? Odd concept

Lakers/Heat was every other day, but no travel obviously.

Take these few extra days and eliminate a few back to backs during the season IMO.

It’s all about stringing it out and getting every game in an optimum
spot

No travel day between games 3 and 4. since LeBron made it in an issue after the 2016 finals about not having additional day off for travel and that’s why it changed.

Sure your next question will be why is there 2 days off between games 1 and 2? League does not believe in playing any nba finals game on a Saturday night which is the reason for that. Only minor fix they can do is eventually start the finals on a Tuesday
