Definitely on to each their own, there is no confusion though on why the crowd is such a factor. It’s like some want to outlaw cheering lol.
I think you are taking a bit from the players to think so much is the crowd, but OK.

I guess what happened to crowd game 1 and for a good part of game 5?

College more than most? I guess maybe in the sports few really care about? Pro level it's Thunder or bust so I get the euphoria.

Does one really have to be, uh, non lazy to put on a shirt and scream? As others have said to each their own.
as far as your slut on sports people don’t care about, OU is still a blueblood in football and has more conference championships than anyone and is still up there in national championships. Plenty of us still around that saw multiple national championship la and more will come. The fan support is still there and that is what we are talking about.

If OKC closes things out tonight can cane say the refs screwed the Pacers over the entire series?

Go Thunder!

It’s not me talking about the crowd, this is in response to others saying it bothers them and other assorted crying. It’s mentioned on pretty much every telecast that the Thunder crowd is the best around, but of course it only means so much.

yet in 3 home games they lost one and were losing for 3/4 of the other......and this is a 1 seed, 68 win team facing a 4 seed who won 50.....and in one of the wins for OKC Indiana's best player was out/hobbled.

How much has the crowd really meant?

thought you were talking about crowds/titles and OU has not won one for a while and have often been irrelevant lately.

Ask the players I guess. Take that 0.3 second game 1 loss out and the Thunder have dominated this series. That’s why you have to bet 1800 to win 100 at this point. The Indy crowd is great too by the way.

true about game 1.......but Indiana while not as dominant had game 4 in hand.

Again, for me, this is just about thinking crowd has so much to do with the success of your players. Like Portland and their crowds kind of figured your crowds have often been among the best as only pro sports game in town.....but for some reason it only seems to matter when there are really good players (in Portland too).

Yeah I’m just responding to those basically making fun of the crowds for getting into it so much. All the people that go to the arena for the first time talk about it though, if it goes to game 7 it will be mentioned multiple times on the telecast.

All I said was that it was more of a college energy than NBA crowd energy. You take everything about your team so personally, not healthy.

OKC was losing for 3 quarters on 1 of their home games?

You sure about that?

You are thinking about game 4.

OKC has been ahead for almost the entire duration of all 3 home games.

while watching most of game 4 was going by memory (and cannot say paid attention entire time).....but thought they had lead much of the game and know they were up by at least 10 well into 3rd or into 4th.

But either way doubt crowd as opposed to their talent level has been the main factor.

I may have misunderstood, but I thought you were talking about OKC home games.

Game 4 was in Indy.
