I can think OKC in 5 and think the 5 games can be very interesting as well. This won't be the first competitive 5 game series

Did you not watch Indy vs Boston last year? Was that 4-0 sereis not interesting and better than a lot of other series last playoffs?

The Thunder record in these playoffs says we certainly should not expect all games to be close. The Pacers have the ability to make 3s in bunches and run, that gives them the best chance.

True. Heck, in 2023, the Lakers got swept by the Nuggets, but it was still a competitive series because 3 of the 4 games were decided by 6 points or less. The Nugs did a better job closing out those games.

This series seems likely to be very similar. I think the Pacers can match OKC offensively and that should allow them to keep the games close...but OKC's advantage on defense will be the deciding factor down the stretch in most of those games.

Nah Indy didn't deserve a Christmas day game this season IMO. I was fine with all the teams except going with the Spurs over OKC. I get the Wemby hype but OKC finished 1st in their conference last year and entered the season with 2n highest odds to win the title. Should have had them
