If Mariota doesn't pick things up, might want to check the waiver wire. We have 2nd dibs. Thing is, he supposedly has been a real help to JD. Took him and others to train in Oregon a while back.

Heinicke probably gets let go with Kirk and Pennix on the roster. A portion of this fanbase is so damaged and stupid, they would probably be calling for him after JD throws a pick or two.
