The Eagles are 6-0 in those games. Hurts was not the deciding factor in many if not most.

Could start for 25-26 teams is a bit high IMO. I would top out at maybe 22, potentially less if a few more teams prefer that rookie contract starter.
I’ve got these teams he wouldn’t be the starter on:
Buffalo
Ravens
Bengals
KC
Redskins

The San Angeles Chargers
San Fran (now anyway)
Denver
Cincy
Tennessee (now anyway)
Houston

I'm going to stop there, but there's plenty of teams right now that would pass on Hurts.

Disagree. Hebert does shit for a run game. Has he ever won a playoff game? He’s one of the most overrated QBs in the league
San Fran (now anyway)
Nope. Hurts > Purdy
What are we even doing here bro? Nix has accomplished anywhere near in the sport of football that Hurts has.
Mentioned them.
Tennessee (now anyway)
Dude hasn’t played a down
Dude hasn’t won a playoff game and actually regressed in year 2

Only about 5 or 6. Unless you don’t like winning. Unless you don’t like possessing the football and playing complimentary football. Unless you don’t like balance between run and pass.

I see you added the corpse of Matt Stafford. The Rams offense with all that play action and boot would be unlocked and next level with a QB like Hurts.

Jesus fightin, you didn't have to do me like that! I thought you'd at least agree with a couple teams!

Although you did indeed mention the Bungals..

Stroud hasn't won a playoff game?

couldn't be more calm, my friend. I often find myself laughing at you if anything.

Why is matters in this debate is what I keep telling you......the guaranteed money is so overblown. ALL the teams who went after Watson did so on the belief he'd be the guy he was in Houston or maybe even better (he was only 26-27). IF he was the guy they hoped they would be glad to pay out that entire deal and then some if they had to. since deal made without benefit of hindsight and many tried to get him I have no issue my team was the one who made it happen.

As mentioned, wish the baseball team I cheer for had the same will to win.
Why would you be laughing at me when hardly anyone here agrees with you? Your bias is showing buddy where I have no agenda. As I said I used to root for the Browns because fans such as yourself deserve better.

He’d be the best QB Jacksonville has had since Mark Brunnel. Hurts would be the starter on likely 25 or 26 NFL teams.
But being better than Trevor Lawrence or Blake Bortles does not mean you are a great QB. Neither does being a starting QB for 26 teams. I could question if he really would beat out 26 QBs but don't really feel like putting in the effort when I will never stop believing he is a product of the best situation in the league and has been in this position his entire career.

How many QBs could make the Super Bowl with the Eagles roster?

Their roster is more talented than the one that went to the SB with Wentz/Foles and those guys weren't top 15 QBs

How many quarterbacks out play Patrick Mahomes every time they match up? We can play games with how we present things all day long.

Its a real question, though. Eagles have the #1 oline, #1 defense, a top 10 WR, a top 20 WR, and the #1 RB.

I agree that the Eagles have a great roster, and that a lot of good QBs could make a Super Bowl run with them, but that shouldn’t take away from what Hurts is doing and has done, he’s a very good QB who’s made the playoffs all 4 seasons as a starter and has reached the Super Bowl twice, and all of the people saying it was all Saquon who carried the Eagles forget that Hurts almost won it all in 2022 with an average backfield with Miles Sanders as the leading rusher, and Hurts had an MVP caliber season that year. I don’t see how anyone can deny that Hurts is at the very least a top 10 QB in the NFL.
As I’ve said before, I think there are 4 QBs clearly on an elite level of their own right now (Mahomes, Jackson, Allen, Burrow), after that it’s harder to rank QBs but Hurts is a very strong franchise QB.

This is just modern sports with social media. LeBron gets more hate than love despite being the best player of his generation. Guys get crucified for getting to the foul line and they call them free throw merchants. Hurts gets hate because the Eagles roster and organization is top notch.
