Caleb Williams lucked into one of the best situations ever for a 1st overall QB pick. Usually these kids get drafted by teams that are rock bottom like Carolina and Jacksonville recently. The Bears doubling down with another weapon for him makes it much more likely for him to succeed. Of course, the flipside is there is more pressure on him. No excuses like some of the other #1's have had.
