To wait on a QB or not to wait....

Not to wait apparently. I was hoping if Tua wouldn't drop then Prescott might. Oh well.

every time I see a new pick, I start thinking that we're getting close to the turn, only to start sweating that so many more guys are gonna come off the board before my next pick. 16 teams makes for hard choices, especially when you are on the bookends.

In the middle you can get a guy you were considering at the previous pick. At the ends everybody is gone by your next picks.

A couple thoughts:
1. I was amazed to see Mike Evans continually bypassed and ended up being selected with the 124th pick. Does he have a bad QB? Sure, but I don’t think he’s ever had a season of less than 1,000 yards receiving. IMO once the first 80-90 picks were made, Evans became pretty good value.
2. I was really pleased to get Jamaal Williams since I took a flyer on Breece Hall. I don’t expect Breece to have much of a load early in the year. With Kamara serving the 3 game suspension, Williams seemed like the right guy to plug in my lineup. Plus he may not always play a lot, but almost always plays in goal line situations.

Completely agree with Mike Evans. I thought about taking him at the 5/6 turn and would have definitely taken him if he was still there for me. Can't believe he fell so far.

Was surprised Allgeier as still on the board. Bijan is going to get a lot of run in the slot so should still be able carries for Tyler especially on the red zone

Williams pairs nicely with Breece.

Sounded like he was going to sign with the Saints at one time last week. He left right before inking the paperwork and headed to the Colts and now most recently the Vikings. Will be interesting. Or maybe he waits a bit longer for an injury?
