That's just what you want in an old running back.
He's only 26 yrs old. Seems odd that they wouldn't just bring back Kalen Ballage then. Same RB type & age.

Other FA RBs:

David Johnson (30)
Jalen Richard (28)
Carlos Hyde (31)
Malcolm Brown (29)
Latavius Murray (32)
Devonta Freeman (30)
Peyton Barber (28)
Alex Collins (27)
Wayne Gallman (27)
Kalen Ballage (26)
Justin Jackson (26)
Le'Veon Bell (30)

He must be a core special-teamer, because he has a 5-year professional career and did just about nothing on offense.

Hey look on the bright side he let all Titans RB's in receptions last season. :D

Not the bastion of greatness there but still wonder why Alex Collins never gets a look.

When you look like the love child of Ike Taylor and Kordell Stewart...might be a reason they didn't want him back. :D

NOTE: NO freaking clue why they wanted this guy in the first place he sucked.

Collins or Jackson are pretty solid IMO. Jackson has an injury history though but the upside has always been there.

Jackson would have been my choice, when healthy can be a contributor.....maybe they are looking to give Najee a rest in passing situations?......this guy could be perfect for their 3rd n 9 situations that they have perfected through the years......

I actually really liked McNichols when he came into the league. My stellar scouting continues to shine like a crazy diamond.

Lol yeah all this talk of less touches. Lets be real tomlin burns em out and turns em loose
Yep. Lev had over 400 touches in a year where the offense featured prime Ben, prime AB, Marty B, and a rookie sensation Juju.

Yep. Tomlin uses a lead dog, and he lets that dog eat. I guess even giving someone else 2-3 additional touches a game would be a larg difference from last year.

Definitely. They have been pretty bad at finding a capable backup since D-Will left. In 2017 Lev had Stevan Ridley & Fitz Touissant behind him.

If the wheels haven't been run off of the lead back when the playoffs come around, Tomlin didn't achieve his goal.

You win playoff games with a broken runningback that shambles like a zombie.
