all players are eligible who have never played a MLB game before, or are currently in the minor leagues

This will be a slow draft... Lets just finish it before the end of the month... that is the goal....

to make it easier for me to set up, we will be doing the draft on this thread

best way is to cross reference mlb pipeline top 100( or any other top prospect site you want to use) with free agents...

if you want me to tell you who is the best available i can PM it to you...
