You cannot pass on a player like that regardless of whom you have. He would make our defense better. Could you imagine signing Wagner and drafting Sauce? Our defense would be exceptionally better.

Yep, Kiper has finally caught up to my last year evaluation of these QBs... not one of them grades out to a top 15 selection, but the hunger for QBs will vault them into earlier than warranted picks.
