That Blades team is going to be tough to beat in the East - 5-2 over the Tigers tonight.

McKenna likes playing the Pats - 2 goals (including the GWG) and 2 assists for Gavin in a 5-4 win.

Bill Peters update - In case you weren't aware, the former NHL coach who was outed as a racist prick by Akim Aliu is coaching the Lethbridge Hurricanes. The Hurricanes are swooning after a pretty good start and may miss the playoffs. That would be a shame, a damn shame.

Tigers limping into the playoffs (at least they've clinched a spot), will Cayden Lindstrom return is the question right now.

Sucks, two of the best coaches in Chiefs history, Babcock and Peters turned out to be giant scumbags. I used to be big fans of both, but damn...

There are times when I think hockey culture is making strides in the right direction and then you take a look and see that Babcock was the choice of the Blue Jackets to coach that team until they finally came to their senses and Peters got a second chance with the Hurricanes. Still a long ways to go apparently.

did they come to their senses? he literally just started doing what he did before. he never should have gotten that chance. they knew exactly what they were getting into. Insert the Scorpion and the Frog story

or this one as it makes me laugh as well

I do think progress is being made, but it's definitely slow and a lot of the old school people that think this kind of behavior is acceptable are still deeply embedded in all levels of hockey.
