I saw some video of a recent workout with coaches here and he was moving really well. Very smooth for a big dude.

That's great to hear - The Tigers are playing pretty good hockey at the moment, no need to rush Cayden. There's also a chance that Flames draft pick Andrew Basha is close to returning as well, Willie D might have some tough decisions to make.

Waddell is tamping down the possibility of Lindstrom playing with the Tigers in the post-season...

“He’s been rehabbing in Columbus all year. He can’t skate with our team. He can’t skate in Cleveland because he is not a signed player,” Waddell said. “So he’s just been going on the ice by himself. And the time came, he saw the doctor last Monday. Then he started getting into a little bit of contact. The doctor said he’s probably 4-6 weeks. If he had 20 practices, then they could reevaluate to see if he’s ready for games. So I think it’s a long shot whether he plays or not (for Medicine Hat.)”

Yeah, I think someone complained he'd been skating with the Jackets coaches and scratches without a contract. Which is likely why the videos I've seen have all been deleted.

If he signed any deal, he would be ineligible to play NCAA next year so back to Medicine Hat it is to work out. I would bet the Jackets have someone there with him "supervising".

None of it matters. He's a bust and we should have taken future hall of famer Ivan Demidov  . Best Canadiens rookie since *checks notes* Mark Hunter.
