I remember when Emmanuel lost his mother... He was a player I chatted with when he was at SMU and the first few years of his career. As you can imagine, it was very hard on him. Great guy who I am thrilled to still see having success in the NFL. Love the energy he provides.

As far as Ruggs goes... He deserves to pay the consequences for his poor choice but I pray for him, his family and the victims involved. Ruggs never intended for this to happen he just made a poor choice that resulted into poor consequences. I hope when he pays his punishment he takes his experience and makes this world a better place by using his story to help others. I pray something good comes out of something bad and I am rooting for Ruggs to rebound from this and create a path for himself and others following this terrible tragedy.

Choices have consequences and that is a lesson I constantly got as a kid and try to instill in my kids. Ruggs choice here was so monumentally poor in its blatant disregard for the consequences for everyone involved that I have zero sympathy for him. I can't imagine being that poor women or her family. Such a preventable tragedy.

Right. I wasn’t saying anything about the number of scouts I am saying that was a prime game for scouts to scout these two. Liberty doesn’t have big games like this often on their schedule and to get a game with two top QB prospect. this game was circled before the season started as a “got to go to” game. Seeing both QB’s on top of seeing Willis play his toughest matchup. This was a RED hot game in the scouting world.
