The two videos I posted are guys the WTF could potentially develop. Your homework is to watch both and tell me which you think is better and why ... well, that is if you want to play along. I have pluses and minuses on both but I'd like to hear other opinions.

I know this was posted a while ago but that's the dumbest "Let's stir up people" media hype I've seen recently in sports history. Trevor Lawrence is probably the best prospect since Peyton Manning. I have zero faith the Jaguars or Jets (if the Jags are dumb enough to pass on him) will be able to surround him with any resemblance of a coaching staff or offensive playmakers, but Lawrence should still be able to thrive.

I actually like Lance to the Skins, but I think the Skins will need to trade up. And with the Lions shopping around for GMs (trying to poach Schneider from Seattle) I'd HAVE to imagine they'll be fighting hard for a QB. New regimes usually mean new QBs. That ups the # of teams looking for QBs well before the Skins pick.

Outside of my undying love for Snyder I actually very much like the Skins. I think they are a QB and maybe some additional offensive pieces away from routine playoff contention.

As always shark I enjoy your opinion. You are one of my go to's. I'll wait to see if any others comment. And as always I am glad to see you here.

Does anyone remember JT O'Sullivan? He was a D-II QB. He had a fairly long career between the NFL, CFL and whatever the hell that league was in Europe. Sometimes he was with two teams in the same year, actually often. IMO pretty impressive for a D-II QB. He has a really good website on YouTube that you can learn a lot of football from. He does a great job of explaining the game on a fairly high level. If you like X's and O's he gives them to you.

Lance has the run ability that makes him intriguing but he played against weaker competition. I wouldn't trade up for him. I think he will be taken before we pick. Jones has played against great competition and is accurate. The only knock on him is his mobility. I prefer Jones b/c where he played. All these Qb's will be selected in the first round.

he needs work , has good athletic traits so if we pick him he will need to be groomed . if he has a better attitude then DHC he could succeed

this tape didnt change me much . he has dynamic wrs and a lot of schemes . not sure he is mobile enough or is his arm good enough . he is worth a day 2 pick . now i know some say all 5 top qbs will be picked in round one but should they ? . i see 3 guys who should be legit 1st rounders and can start day 1

lol. Doesnt matter if they should be picked, they will be picked. If jones blows up Ohio St and is not a first rounder something is really wrong. If he tanks against Ohio st. he could fall to round 2. I dont think Trask goes first round.

well that is where you are wrong . reaching for guys who turn into busts hurts the team . should have learned that with DHC . i hope we dont reach for a guy in round one

If we get Stafford then no. But if we are going with Allen next yea and smith retires, you are going to pass on all these QB's in the first? Trask wont make it to our 2nd round pick.

You dont have to play them right away we would have Allen.

Well what is your plan? If we dont get anybody in FA its all on Allens back? If Taylor wins today then throw him in the mix.

Not too many players. I would draft either guy in the 2nd round or later.

Trey Lance:
Good arm
Great wheels
Superior talent at his level ... NDSU year in and year out is a top team at their level
Holds the ball too long, waits for receivers to be open instead of anticipating
Needs at least a year to sit and learn

Mac Jones:
Okay arm
Pocket passer, not a dual threat QB
Also plays with superior players and coaching ... plays against much tougher competition
Can make the tight throws and throw receivers open
Good anticipation

I like Lance's dual threat ability, I think Jones is more pro ready. I would like either to watch and learn for at least a year.
